diffs_patch.README file

1. To use this patch (diffs-2.2.15.txt), place it in your source tree 
   for a pristine 2.2,15 kernel.
2.  cd to where you placed the patchfile
3. issue the following command:  patch -p1 -E <diffs-2.2.15.txt
