Power Supply Tray Properties

The Power Supply Tray Properties dialog box provides information about an individual power supply tray.  To display the Properties dialog box of a Power Supply Tray, right-click the Power Supply Tray icon in the left tree view and select Properties from the context popup menu.

General tab

The General properties tab of the Power Supply Tray Properties dialog box displays information about the tray, including its location, its interfaces, status, and the power supplies in it.  You can view the power supply tray's general properties by selecting the General tab.

Entity

Cabinet/drawer location of the power supply tray.

Type

The type of power supply (for example, WF PS or SDI PS).

Powering 8P System Drawer

Interface

The number of the power interface (the connection of the power supply tray to the system drawer).

8P Drawer

Cabinet/drawer number of the system drawer.

Overall Status

Overall status of the power interface (OK, Failure, or Unknown).

Status Details

Detailed status. Shows which items may have failed.

Power Supplies

Power Supply

The cabinet/drawer/tray location of each power supply in the tray.

Overall Status

The power supply status (OK, Failure, or Unknown).

Alerts tab

You can view any alerts specific to this power supply tray by selecting the Alerts tab in the Power Supply Tray Properties dialog box.

The power supply tray alerts display shows any firmware alerts whose source was "PBM" that originated from that power supply tray during the current AMU user session.  The display includes the time the alert occurred, the impact level of the alert, and a brief summary of the alert condition.
