The left frame displays a tree view of the templates for the standard hardware configurations along with any revised templates and, when AMU is run in standalone mode, the platform configurations created by the user.
Note: Standard templates cannot be edited, but they can be copied and revised to create new templates.
Clicking on the name of a template or configuration displays it in the right frame. Clicking the symbol to the left of the name expands the template or configuration to list all components, or child nodes, in the platform. Clicking the name of a component highlights that component in the right frame.
Right-clicking on most components in the tree view displays a context menu.
