The New Configuration dialog box displays when you right-click Platform Configurations in the left frame and select New Configuration.
Note: Platform Configurations are displayed in the left frame only when AMU is run standalone.

Description |
A user-supplied description of the configuration, which will appear in parentheses in the left frame. |

IP Address |
The IP address of the platform's NAT box, which will appear in the left frame. |

Reference to template |
Select this check box to associate a pre-defined template with the platform you are configuring. Select a template from the combo box. You can configure a platform without a reference template. See Creating a Platform Configuration. |

Create the configuration. The configuration will be in edit mode until you save it by selecting Save from its context menu. |

Cancel |
Terminate the procedure and close the New Configuration dialog box without saving the new configuration. |
