Some component errors appear within APW, but in general, component errors are more easily diagnosed using the AMU or the platform's MBM console (ES47/ES80/GS1280 platforms) or master SCM console (GS80/GS160/GS320 platforms). From the Current Partition Map, Create or Modify Partition Map, or Committed Partition Map windows, press Resources to see the diagram of duo slots or QBBs. When you select a duo or QBB, the status of each CPU in it is reported. For an ES47, ES80, or GS1280 platform, the CPU status also reports whether the duo slot is empty or contains a duo filler board.
