Telnet to MBM

Use Telnet to MBM to access the ES47/ES80/GS1280 management port.

Note: A SubPartition must be configured before you can Telnet into it.  (This is important to remember if you have just added a Platform).

Telnet to MBM is accessed by

  1. Pulling down the Actions choice on the Menu Bar and selecting Telnet to MBM while the individual Platform you wish to manage is selected in the Left Frame of the Main Display

or

  1. Right clicking on the individual Platform you wish to Telnet to in the Left Frame of the Main Display and choosing Telnet to MBM.

or

  1. Right-click on the individual Platform when it appears in the Right Frame of the Main Display and choosing Telnet to MBM.

A Telnet window to the MBM appears.
