Troubleshooting Tips
Problem
Nothing happens when I place the
CD-ROM into the CD-ROM drive.
The menu items on the CD-ROM do not work, or some of the items on the CD-ROM are not functioning.
Solution
Open a Web browser, and access File from the browser menu located in the upper left corner of
the browser. Select the File Open menu item and
browse to the index.html file on the CD- ROM. Open this file with the browser.
This is due to problems with how the CD-ROM works with the Web browser you are using. If you experience any functionality problems when using the Mozilla or Netscape 7 browsers, close all instances of the browser and then restart the browser. The problems should be resolved.
If you are using a different browser, download and install the latest version of the Mozilla browser for your platform from
http: //www.mozilla.org to obtain the best CD-ROM viewing experience. If you are still experiencing problems even though you are using one of the recommended browsers, contact the support site for assistance.
