=============================================================================
v0.35:
- None

v0.34:
- MD2 Support removed.

v0.33:
- Itanium 2 processor core to bus ratio must be configured during the system
reset by using A[21:17]# pins. The value on these pins during the system reset
sequence determines the multiplier that the PLL will use for the internal core clock.
Madison and McKinley: Address A[21:17]# will be used to specify the bus/core ratio.
Montecito: Address A[21:17]# will be used to specify the system bus frequency
during reset not the bus/core ratio.

                           	ISSUES FIXED
=============================================================================
v0.35:
- DCS 45966 - Get/Set Config Data User Info Password command offset does not
	      work.
- DCS 46176 - Tiger2/4 Sensor info receives successful completion code out of
	      range sets.

v0.34:
- DCS 43624: Tiger4 Montecito FW: Thermal trip event not getting logged.
- DCS 44312: Mem Bd1/Bd2 temp and Proc Amb sensors not sensitive to temp changes.

v0.33:
- None.

v0.32:
- This release contains a fix for a Madison 6M processor errata which sometimes
causes the processor to come up in IO loop-back mode. This fix checks the SNC
early for signs that the processor is in this state, and if so, does an
early, pre-emptive reset.

v0.31:
- DCS 38247: Create a averaging algorithm for the BMC on Tiger

v0.30:
- DCS 35379: Register Update allows various 'reserved bits' to be sent
- DCS 37161: Goblin SEL locks up at 7% when trying to read it through the SMU
- DCS 37175: Goblin: Intermittent IO Board FRU Board Area Info Corruption
- DCS 36895: WW25 Goblin: Cyclops/Front Panel LED does change when PS is removed
- DCS 37168: BMC update to allow system test to check PDB jumper position.

v0.29:
- DCS 28196 : Config API: Extra field found in Sensor class
- DCS 36489 : Goblin: Get session info from FW failed with error status CC

v0.28:
- DCS 28196 : Config API: Extra field found in Sensor class
- DCS 33250 : Deleting SDR entry does not update Erase Timestamp
- DCS 35829 : WW 15 Dell Goblin(T4) 4 sec delay on power up after BMC 25 update
- DCS 33248 : EMP: Serial Modem Configuration invalid commands return successful.

- DCS 36068 : Byte alignment problem in the private store data

v0.26:
- DCS 35740 : BMC fails to update the SDR using the FRUSDR update utility
- DCS 33735 : Change the default PEF Startup Delay from 60 seconds to 255 seconds
- DCS 22675 : EFI SysCfg RC2 - Intermittently saves and restores BMC settings
- DCS 35520 : Reset Button action during OFU FW update creates problems
- DCS 35958 : Fan LEDs are not working properly with BMC25
