To set a password, you must have logged on as an administrator.

To set a password from the console service for logging on to the manager service:

1. In the Host Management window, from the Setting menu, choose Change Password.
   The Change Password dialog box appears:
   

   

2. Select the type of password to change.
3. In the Current password text box, enter the current password of the selected user type.
4. In the New password text box, enter a new password.
   A password can consist of up to 16 characters.
   
5. In the Re-enter new password text box, re-enter the new password.
6. Click the OK button.

If the entered password is valid, the password is changed.
