Problem Description:

4930393 Online help does not open on Windows XP

Patch Installation Instructions:
--------------------------------
 
a) Copy the <patch-id>.zip file to an appropriate location, <patch_dir>,
   on Windows.
 
b) Change directory to <patch_dir> and Unzip the file.
 
c) Save a copy of the following file into a temporary directory:
   <SunMC3.5 base dir>\SunMC3.5\Console\escon.jar
 
d) Replace the jar file <SunMC3.5 base dir>\SunMC3.5\Console\escon.jar 
   with <patch_dir>\<patch-id>\SunMC3.5\Console\escon.jar
 
   The updated escon.jar file will go into effect when you start
   or restart the SunMC console.
 
e) If you need to uninstall the windows patch, you can do so
   by replacing <SunMC3.5 base dir>\SunMC3.5\Console\escon.jar
   with the old copy that you had saved in the temporary
   directory.
