A NOTE TO USERS OF WINDOWS 3.0
------------------------------

Windows 3.0 does not like to go off into SuperVGA modes. The results
are unpredictable. This is because Microsoft does not support SuperVGA.

You should quit Windows before running "hk800", "hk256400", or "hk256480".

On the other hand, "hk640" runs fine under Windows, at least as long as
you are not otherwise occupying the lower 640k with TSR's.

You should build a PIF with the PIF editor that specifies the proper
directory, then go on to the second page and specify high graphics.

We have included an icon that you can then install for "hk640" by going
to 'properties' on the Program Manager File menu and requesting "change icon"
and specifying "ninechar.ico". Be sure that the icon file has been copied
to the Windows directory, not your mahjong directory.
