This text is provided to include last-minute information not included in
the manual.

Please make backup copies of the distribution disks and store
the originals in a safe place before installing.

|b-FLOPPY-INSTALLATION-|b

To install on a floppy system, you must boot your computer
with a RAMDRIVE specification in the CONFIG.SYS file on your dos boot
disk. The ramdrive must be no less than 50K and no greater than 60K
bytes in size.

You must also have the line FILES=20 in the CONFIG.SYS file and
you must copy the file COMMAND.COM from your DOS boot disk to the
Swift distribution disk #1.

EXAMPLE: If you have IBM DOS version 3.3, Your CONFIG.SYS file should
look like:

	FILES=20
	device=vdisk.sys 50

Other versions of DOS use RAMDRIVE.SYS or some other means of setting
up a ramdrive. Refer to your dos manual.

You should make a backup of CONGIG.SYS before editing it.

If you haven't set up a ramdrive, then quit this install, edit your
CONFIG.SYS file, re-boot your computer, make a note of the ramdrive
letter, then run this install again.

You will need EIGHT 5-1/4" blank formatted DESTINATION disks or
FIVE 3-1/2" disks prepared before installing TOP-10
SOLID GOLD II. Refer to the FORMAT command in your DOS
manual if you are unfamiliar with formatting a disk. Number these
disks from "1" thru "8". During installation, you will be promted
when to insert a particular SOURCE (distribution) DISK
or DESTINATION DISK. When the installation is complete,
place disk #1 in the drive and type "SG2" and
press the [ENTER] key. If you have one floppy drive, specify "B" when
prompted for the destination drive letter and please be patient as
the installation could take from 20 to 30 minutes to complete.
-IMPORTANT:- The installation procedure has no way of knowing if you've
inserted the correct DESTINATION disk. Please read and follow the prompts
carefully as the installation process proceeds.

|b-HARDDISK-INSTALLATION|b

A sub-directory named "SG2" will be created on your hard drive and
several sub-directories will be created under that one. When the
installation is complete, change to the SG2 subdirectory by typing
"CD \SG2" then press [ENTER]. Then type "SG2" and press the [ENTER] key
to run the menu.
