The file V132UPG.EXE is a self-extracting file containing the 
following:

HARPOON.EXE  - This is the executable file for Harpoon V1.32.  It 
was compiled using 8088 instructions and will run on an XT, 286, 
386, and 486.  Replace your existing V1.3 HARPOON.EXE file.  YOU MUST 
HAVE ALL OF THE FILES FROM V1.3 FOR THIS UPGRADE TO WORK PROPERLY.  

HARP386.EXE  - This is the executable file for Harpoon V1.32 that 
has been compiled using 386 specific instructions.  THIS FILE WILL 
ONLY RUN ON A 386 OR 486.  If you have an XT or 286 you must use the 
HARPOON.EXE.  This 386 version will run a bit faster and use about 
20K less memory when running a scenario.  

README.132  - This text file contains important information about 
the changes to V1.32 and includes a list of bugs that have been 
fixed.  Tactical tips are also provided.  There have been many changes 
to Harpoon with the V1.32 upgrade and it is strongly recommended that 
you read this file.
 

To extract the files type V132UPG followed by the drive letter and 
path of you Harpoon directory.  For example, if your Harpoon files 
are located in C: drive in a directory called HARPOON, you would 
type the following:

V132UPG C:\HARPOON
