SNAKEY II
************************

This was an old game of mine I never released before.
This was for an important part due to the coming of
Windows 95 making the game impossible to run on
most computers people had (and why the run on
such a crappy system as Windows 95 actually happened
is still beyond me).

Please note, the original setup was meant to be
ShareWare and as such meant to have a free version
and a full version. Some files containing license
information will therefore go into that direction.
I want you to know that this is all OUTDATED!!!!

The game is now freely distributable as long as
it is in its original form with not a single file
modified. Any sort of payment may NOT be involved
in the distribution process.

This product also comes "as is" and under no
circumstances at all can its creator or any
person or party involved to make the game
possible at the time be held liable for any
sort of damage that may come forth from using
this product, even if any of those parties
is aware of this possibility.

This game will either require a REAL DOS computer
from the old days (Pentium 75 is recommended in
that case) with a VGA card and a Sound Blaster
or completely compatible device installed.
OR:
You can run the game in DosBox (which has been tested)

How to run this game in DosBox.
Well for easiness I shall assume that you created
a folder named "SNAKEY2" in your home directory
and that you unpacked all files in there.
If you unpacked it elsewhere you shall have to
substitute a few parts in the explanation below.

- Download DosBox on http://www.dosbox.com and
  install onto your system.
- Run DosBox, you should see a prompt looking
  like this Z:\>
- On Windows type: mount s C:\Users\UserName\Snakey2
- On Linux and Mac type: mount s ~/Snakey2
- Type: s: (prompt will become S:\> now)
- Type: sn2

If you want to quit Snakey II, just quit the
game first with the features provided in the
game itself. When you see "S:\>" type "EXIT"
to end DOSBOX.

DosBox runs Windowed by default, but if you
press ALT-ENTER it will go full screen.

Well I hope you will (despite its age which
*is* showing) still enjoy the game.
