The defenses at Baghdad proved too costly for the Coalition. Civilian casualties and the loss of many men and tanks in the attempt to take the city, have caused an international outcry. The combination of bad press and the United Nation calls for a cease-fire have forced the Coalition to cancel any further offensive operations. It has been decided to give into the demands of the other Coalition nations that all units are to withdraw from Iraq and stand down. Upon your arrival to the States, you will be honorably discharged.
