OPTIMIZING PERFORMANCE POWER

As Super Stardust 96 is a fast paced, technically complex arcade game,
it requires all the available processing power to run perfectly.

JOYSTICK

The joystick uses over 15% of the whole processing power of your PC.
Therefore we recommend that you'd not use a joystick if your PC
is a 486 or a low end Pentium.

DETAIL LEVEL

If the game slows down when there's lots of stuff on the screen, try
setting the detail level lower. The lower the detail level is, the
less processing power the game requires.

MIXING RATE

We recommend that you'd not use the mixing rate of 44100Hz unless your PC
has a Pentium processor. Using 44100Hz mixing rate may slow the game down
dramatically on slower PCs.
