                     Front Page Sports: Football Online
                           Documentation Update

The following information is a supplement to the manual and
online game help. It is meant to provide you with a few tips
so you can have a great time playing FRONT PAGE SPORTS
tm: Football Online.

INSTALLATION NOTES
--------------------------------
You can only install Football Online to the ImagiNation Network
version 2.4 (or higher). If you do install Football Online to
version 2.3.18 you will not be able to play the game. And don't
forget that you must first install v2.4 (or higher) before running
the Football Online installation.

Error = Error Reading Drive "X" (A or B)
----------------------------------------------------
If you are receiving an error at Disk 3 while installing
Football Online that reads "Error Reading Drive A or B," this
is not an error on the disk itself. This a common occurrence
when a device driver called SHARE.EXE or VSHARE.386 is being
loaded by your current hard drive configuration. SHARE and
VSHARE are very often added to the configuration file in DOS
or Windows by various programs that require program sharing.
It is a very simple process to bypass this error. All that is
necessary to completely exit Windows and reinstall Football
Online in a DOS environment without Windows loaded. If the
error reoccurs in DOS, then make a bootable floppy disk from
the Football Online installation program and reinstall the
Football Online disks, after rebooting with the boot disk.

You will now be able to install Football Online without any
further Disk #3 errors. If a Football Online Boot Disk is
created to install the program, it can also be used to boot
your computer when you want to play Football Online. This
disk will also set up your computers configuration optimally
for the best results.

If you should have continued problems, please call Member
Services at 1-800-IMAGIN1 and ask for Technical Support.

SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS
-----------------------------------
Football Online has a few additional memory and configuration
requirements that will make the game run more smoothly. Below
is a list of the *minimum* requirements your computer must
support:

* 6MB of available hard drive space (after the installation of
  ImagiNation v2.4).

* 2MB RAM with Expanded Memory Manager software such as EMM
  386 or QEMM.

* 1MB (1,024 bytes) of free expanded memory (EMS).
Note: Some systems will not be able to support a
full 1MB of EMS due to system configuration variations.

* 585K (599,040 bytes) of free conventional memory.

In addition to the above minimum requirements, we strongly
suggest your computer supports the following:

* 4MB RAM with Expanded Memory Manager software such as
  EMM 386 or QEMM.

* SmartDrive or other disk caching software.

MEMORY AND BOOT DISKS
---------------------------------------
If you are experiencing error messages which tell you that
your computer needs more memory to run Football Online, try
making a boot disk. You can make a boot disk two ways:

1) Select the Make bootable floppy disk option in the Football
   installation and follow the instructions.

2) Run the ImagiNation BOOTDISK.EXE from your C:\INN directory
(see the README file in the ImagiNation Network installation
program for more details). For more detailed information,
please also read the Troubleshooting section of the
   Football Manual.

SOUND NOTES
--------------------
Unlike in ImagiNation, Football Online only supports
Sound Blaster or 100% compatible sound cards. Football Online
does not support PC-speaker sound (you wouldn't want to hear
the result, believe us!); if this is the case for you, choose
the "No Music Card" setting.

OFFICIAL GAME MANUAL & PLAY BOOK
----------------------------------------------------------
To place your order for the Official Game Manual for Football
Online, go to the ImagiNation Network Mall online or call
1-800-IMAGIN-1. The book gives you a complete look at the
game with diagrams, game options and a complete troubleshooting
guide. And when you order now, you'll pay only a small fee for
shipping and handling. In addition, a text-only version of the
game manual can be printed from your own computer.

And as a special bonus, we have created the Official Football Online
Play Book which gives detailed text descriptions of all the plays
in the game. The Play Book is *free* and can be printed just like
the manual.

Both the FOOTBALL.DOC (Official Game Manual) and PLAYS.TXT
(Official Play Book) files are located in C:\INN\FOOTBALL directory.
You can print these files using any word processor, or within the
ImagiNation application before you connect to the network.

************** How to print the Manual & Play Book **************

If you have a printer connected to your computer you can use the
following steps to print the Football Online documentation.

Both the FOOTBALL.DOC (Game Manual) and PLAYS.TXT (Play Book) files
are located the C:\INN\FOOTBALL. You can print these files using
any word processor, or within the ImagiNation application before
you connect to the network. To print the files offline, run
Imagination, click on the the PRINT button in the Facemaker

button for the FOOTBALL.DOC file -or- the PRINT TEXT button for
the PLAYS.TXT file.

If you want the manual, click the FOOTBALL.DOC button and the manual
will print. To find the PLAYS.TXT file, use the ..\ button in the
file manager to switch to the Football sub-directory (C:\INN\FOOTBALL)
where you can then select the PLAYS.TXT file. To print either the
Manual or Play Book files while online, go to the Town Hall, click on
