Your basic SimCity 2000. The toolbar on the left has all the tools you need to build and tweak your city. The fruits of your labors are rendered in real-time on the main window. Zoom in to close details, rotate your map, or remove layers to see what lies below your buildings.

The SimCity 2000 Budget Window. Here you adjust the amount of taxation in your city and how much funding your city services get. Tax your constituents too high and everyone leaves, too low and you'll never make your police payroll. Cut funding to your schools and watch education drop like a rock.

SimCity 2000 has its own set of excellent disasters including this magnificent monster.

Not only must you manage construction above-ground, but without adequate plumbing and below-ground services, your city will never fully develop.
