The Streets of SimCity

"The Streets of SimCity" is in early development, but we can tell you a bit about the general concept. The Streets of SimCity will put you behind the wheel of a car, racing through a SimCity 2000 city—either one of several pre-designed cities to be included in the game or one of your own in 3D. Players will be able to map out the race course through their city and race against computer-controlled and/or live opponents. Race victories bring money prizes which can be used to upgrade to newer, more powerful vehicles, as well as to purchase additional equipment (oil slick generators, tack droppers, etc.). Sound fun? Throw in support for modem-to-modem play or up to eight player multiplayer game over the Internet or LAN and you've got the ultimate action/racing game.
