I think that's the title. I don't speak japanese, yet I give the
game a japanese title. forgive my ignorance. just call it the
first four words.

the title should translate to "Htoblooded tough gang Mr. Kunio's secret
competition."

it should.... but I'm not sure.... anyways...


first off:

to run the game, run the "rowdy.bat" file.

controls.

this is a one player only game. it should've been two, but I'm too lazy.
also, you have to use the keyboard, I could not put gamepad options because
I don't have a gamepad, and haven't had a need for ne since I stopped playing
roms last year.



use the directional keys to move around the screen.

double tap forward to run.

when you get up from falling, you will be invincible for a short(very) while.

forward - grabs opponent if opponent is dizzy(after 3rd punch).

which is solely responsible for me being able to do this game.
notice the complete lack of frustration in this readme, as opposed
to Rumble Spirits, where the entire readme was a rant at how pissed
I was workking on that game.... assuming Vplanet puts a review up for it.
I don't know. haven't seen their site in nearly a month. but tomorrow(1-8-01)
I'm going to try and stop them from reviewing it.... don't know if I'll be
successful.. hope so.... if they do review it, look for a REALLY low score...
if not, be happy for me. 
Also Thanks to Technos Japan. for creating this excellent series. It makes
me wonder what they would have had on Playsta.... but oh well, gaming is full
of tragedies. The loss of Gamefan being the most recent... I've been searching
and can not find ANY magazine to replace it...


-I'd also like to apologize to the fans of the series if I screwed the game
up.

I don't speak Japanese, so I'm not too sure how the characters act, outside of
the translated roms... so if they're not acting the way they're supposed to...
like Misuzu for instance, the only things I know she said is her corny "big is
beautiful' stuff she says in super dodgeball 2. also, she's much smaller than
she should be, and she's also.... the final boss. because I didn't feel like
making anymore original sprites after doing her. Also, there's limited japanese
text (very limited) throughout the game, I apologize again for the ignorant use
of a language I don't know. but its fun pretending.


this is it then. oh yeah, music stolen from River City Ransom and Dunk Heroes.
only two songs in the game. likely to piss you off, but you can't turn them off.
also no sound effects... can't play two waves at once... and you can't skip
through the story scenes, because the story scenes are tied into the game engine.
so whoever is loaded for a story scene, would be an enemy, so if Riki is standing
by Kunio and you could exit the story, then Riki would be an enemy. and that's why
.....

whats next: If I'm "allowed" I'll do a "hotblooded wrestling" game. or
"street tennis". if I'm "allowed".
