Hi,

this is my first QB project which could make it to a release, what you
guys have here is a little engine DEMO with 3 screens.
You can walk around and try the interface, no inventory at the moment,
maybe next time.
The complete game will feature massive black humor (not now) and some cool
animated cut scenes (thank god for the fli player)
AND a stupid plot...but the game will be very short, because I am just
trying if I can do it, and if I can, I will go onto something bigger.

The story:

You are Blaeham, after your mom (Queen Quarkella) has saved prince Sprite
from death in the first part (BAD GAME), you fall in love with him.
Then, one night the evil witch called "Lovely Fairy" poisons Sprite...running
down into the castles hall you cry for your mother, who sends out the
suicide soldier team to find the witch...but actually knowing how stupid they
are you go onto the search for yourself....in KINGS QUARK 7 part 2
(damn the first time I was thinking about this shit -some month ago- it
 was funny...but is it ?!)

Control:

If you have ever played Full Throttle by Lucas Arts you can skip this...

Clicking with the left mousebutton on the screen will make the character
go there, if there is an object the interface will apear, the options here
are LOOK, EAT, USE and Q (which is nothing at the moment)

If you are moving the cursor over an area, which will bring you into the next
screen it will change into an arrow (easy...eh ?)

Pressing ESCAPE will bring up the Load/Save/Quit menu, it actually works,
but does not really make sense in this SHORT demonstration.

hmmm....I think this is all...

Okay hmmm...oh yes, maybe I should tell you, that I coded the first version
with the help of BlastLib, it was pretty bad, especially the walking code
(god it was REALLY bad), but then there was DQB and I was in love, scrapped
the code completely and started from scratch and I think it is good enough
for a newbie...hope you guys start making similar stuff now...I really wish
to see some good adventures written in QB, because other companys like
Lucas Arts or Sierra will not make such stuff anymore, at least not in this
way (did you hear, that they fired Al Lowe !?!)
