
This contains a general rundown of "what's new?" in the shippy engine as
compared to the builds before it.  Not that this serves any purpose, but
it'll help for people who miss a build here and there.

* Much, much faster engine
* Neat explosion and respawn animations (also explosions for bullet/orb hits)
* Hidable overlap console (Hit F2)
* Energy bar
* Active and Global console
* Toggle Computer/Player control of the main object with C/V
* All-stop button is bound to S (only cheaters and newbies should use this)
* Better control
* Fixed bug with map not working in bottom and right edges in the IDE
* Mines have been added, but a system for them hasn't been decided.
