This is a .QWK-to-local-usenet-news translator.
Given that I didn't want to write a full blown .QWK reader
when news readers are readily available, (trn, rn etc) why
not just convert the .QWK info into a local news group
and read them there?
So, what this program will do is convert a series of downloaded
articles from a FIDO style BBS that supports QWK format,
into a usenet group with the bbsid as the top level.
i.e. bbs name of 'PANDORA' will have a series of groups
under 'pandora.xxx' where 'xxx' is the name of the conference
carried at pandora, and off-line read.
