It outputs the header found in a dump file (.dmp).  The more -v options
provided the more data is output.  A list of dump files is provided to
it on the command line.

Something like:

dmpinfo [-v]* dumpfiles...

Options:
        -v      Increase amount of information provided.  More vs, more info.
