Supplemental:
DOS utility to turn off a Corman arcnet card.  Useful on dual-boot
machines when booted to DOS, the card is off, so sends and polls of
the machine will be a lot faster.  Generally would be thrown into
the autoexec.bat file.  (Or whatever the DOS equivalent of a sysinit
file actually is.)
