QNX 4 port of Info-ZIP's zip

PK-ZIP compatible archiver...  For more information, read the
documentation inside, or visit Info-ZIP's web site at

The binaries come in two flavours... one with full encryption support, and
one with no encryption support.  Why?  Well, it's illegal to distribute
the encryption version from sites in the US to anywhere else.  So, if
you're going to be putting this on your FTP site or web site or
whatever, and you're in the US, you'll need to grab the "nocrypt"
version.

If you're just using this internally, or you don't live in the US, grab
the full version.

QNX is in Canada, so we don't have to worry.
