Supplemental:   This version supplants the date utility in QNX 4.24 and
                QNX 4.25 up to and including patch level A. It corrects
                a problem where, when used on a current date in the year 2000
                or later to set the date/time WITHOUT specifying a year, the
                utility would complain of an invalid year (it worked properly
                if a year is specified).
