The online docs shipped with the 4.23 Beta are in the HTML format.
The Docs can be viewed using the Photon 'helpviewer'. If you do not
have Photon or wish to view the docs in a text format then you can
use 'tmhv'.

Using 'tmhv'
-----------

tmhv uses utilities from the groff archive.  Download and install
groff-bin.tgz from the /usr/free section before proceeding.

Before you can use the tmhv you need to create the file "/usr/help/ref.index"
This is a reference file the "tmhv" uses to locate the reference page for
topics.
	    A Makfile and scripts are included with the archive to make
	    this process easy.

	(1) To create ref.index enter the following commands :

		  cd /usr/help
		  make
		
  You are now ready to use the 'tmhv'
	Usage :

		tmhv topic

		ex.  tmhv ls
