palette - defined as triplets of Red, Green and Blue
       Palette values are 0..63

Options
   -t    Colour bar test
   -q    Query current palette
   -f n  First colour to set
   -l n  Last colour to set
   -n n  Number of colours to set
   -d    Use default palette
   -v    Verbose
   -Q    Use palette values 0..255
   -a    Ignore attribute controller
   -A    Query attribute controller
