Source code expands into balloon_overide directory.
This is Photon Application Builder example.
Application when compiled displays a 3x3 matrix of
text widgets.  When the cursor is held over the text
a balloon text resource appears.

NOTE: This does not compile cleanly under PhAB 1.13 .
If you use make from the commandline it works better, but
you still have to update the makefile to use phabbind, etc.
