LOCKBOOT: Locks the WorkPlace Shell at bootup.

This is an OS/2 2.0 utility that takes advantage of a hidden feature
in the WorkPlace Shell. The "LockUp" feature of WPS has an option
that will lock your machine at startup, but there is no way to set
this option! LOCKBOOT does this for you.

   SYNTAX: LOCKBOOT [on|off]

on: Enables lock at boot. From now on, WPS locks at startup
off: Disables lock at boot. WPS starts normally.

LOCKBOOT withot any parameters will display the current lockup status.

NOTE: Lockboot won't work unless you have set a Lockup password.
