The following patches to the VideoFramer ucode will provide the enhancements
described below:

(*) Fixed d1_525/625 horizontal shift:
                d1_625 parity bits timing issue,
		d1_625 first (x=0) column wrong samples,
		d1_525 first (x=0) column wrong samples.

	  Loading the patch tape will replace the following files:
	  	/usr/video/vfr/ucode/d1_525.x
	  	/usr/video/vfr/ucode/d1_625.x


(*) Fix for the spurious line of video caused by a memory glitch:

	  Loading the patch tape will replace the following files:
	  	/usr/video/vfr/ucode/r_y_625.x
	  	/usr/video/vfr/ucode/rgb_625.x
