Cert has noticed a problem with pc-nfsd.   Until I get a chance
to evaluate the contents of the  dirs  here I am turning off
permissions.   The Cert advisory is handy....

The is a pointer in the advisory to improved code.  I have not
had a chance to follow it as of yet.
