HP Presentation Ready can open a presentation and automatically adjust your video and power settings for optimum viewing by you and your audience.

In order to use the One Touch button to launch HP Presentation Ready, it is necessary that HP One Touch software also be installed.

Installation:

Run the installation program, setup.exe.

- You can install HP Presentation Ready in the default installation directory, or you can specify an alternative directory on your local hard drive.

- The installation program adds HP Presentation Ready shortcuts to Control Panel and to the Start Menu.
