This hook allows the system BIOS to intercept the video BIOS at the end of a mode set.

Calling Registers:

AX = 5F33h, Hook After Mode Set

BH = Number of character columns

BL = Current mode number

CH = Active display page

Return Registers:

AX = Return Status (function not supported if AL != 5Fh):
