                 TOSHIBA CONTROLS ONLINE DISTRIBUTION README
         ---------------------------------------------------------

To install the TOSHIBA CONTROLS.
==============================

   1. Open the Add/Remove Programs on the Control Panel.
   2. Click Windows Setup tab, and then click Have Disk. 
   3. Type in C:\L50UTILS in the field labeled "Copy manufacturer's files 
      from:"
   4. To add all of the parts of a component, click the 
      "Toshiba Utilities" check box. 
      To add some of the parts of a component, highlight the 
      "Toshiba Utilities", and then click Details. Then, check
      the parts as needed to add them.
      When you have finished selecting the components to add,
      click OK.
   5. Click Install.
   6. Click OK again.
   7. After the Libretto 50CT Utilities are installed, you can delete the 
      C:\L50UTILS directory if you want to.
