Main Codepage (Language) switching for Windows 9x/ME
without Windows Reinstall

version 0.96a beta: 17-jul-2001. Locale.nls and display.sys
are now excluded from SYSUPD. They was unnecessary
(even harmful), however multilanguage unicode.bin still
  essential for non-english file names.
version 0.95beta: 21-jun-2001. Locale.nls from Win'98 is
incompatible with OSR2. So SYSUPD install causes system
crash.;-( At now files from OSR2 are placed into SYSUPD, and
I hope that correct the situation.
