[[ Outline ]]
  As for this tool, to change various disk images into the various forms.
  It is a tool to make a main purpose. 

[[ Move environment ]]
  Windows95/98
  WindowsNT and 2000 (maybe :P)

[[ Installation ]]
  Suitable folder is made, and extract files from archieve there.

[[ UnInstallation ]]
  Remove folder which VFIC was installed in. 
  When the data memorized in Registry are removed,from DOS PROMPT 
  Add a U option, and start. 
     >VFIC -U

[[ How to use ]]
  When VFIC is started, it becomes setup of a use language only at the time of
  the first start. 
  When a use language is set up again, from DOS PROMPT
  Add a L option, and start. 
     >VFIC -L

 < Convert >
  If necessary, specify output folder, an output format. 
  A Convert starts when D&D or file open button in the window. 

  Partly, Convert starts by the disk open button by Plug-in complying
  with the DISK OPEN button. 

 < Option >
  If necessary, various establishment is done. 
   - Make comment file.
     A comment file is outputted in the case of Plug-in complying with
     the comment file.
  
   - Use image select window
     When more than one image is a change file, Show select window.
  
   - Make folder
     When a change file is Multiple image or Archive, Make filename folder.
  
   - Export DOS style filename
     Export filename use 8+3 form.(To DOS)
  
   - Always on top
     A window is always indicated in the front. 
   
   - Save window pos
     When it starts next time, a window position is restored. 
   
   - Use DISK Btn.
     If you use Plug-in complying with the DISK OPEN button, checked this.
     And Choose Plug-in. 

[[ Plug-in ]]
  The list of Plug-in for VFIC that it has been installed is indicated. 
  Minuter establishment can be done by Plug-in with the details Option button
  after the choice. 


[[ Version ]]
  The version of VFIC and copyright information indication are done. 

[[ About archive ]]
  VFIC can extract archive file and, convert automatically.
  Necessary DLL are as the following.
  
    LHA (UNLHA32.DLL)
    ZIP (UNZIP32.DLL)
    RAR (UNRAR32.DLL)
    CAB (CAB32.DLL)
