Problems connecting to Battle.net using AOL:

The first step is to make sure you have the Windows 95 (or higher) version of AOL. To check your version:
1. Start America Online
2. Click on the Help menu
3. Click on About America Online

Make sure you are connecting to AOL with parental controls turned off.

The version should display as America Online x.x for Windows 95 (or higher). If "for Windows 95" is not displayed, you will need to download and install AOL for Windows 95.

Note that installing the Windows 95 version of AOL does not remove any older versions. Any old shortcuts on your desktop or in the Start menu will still point to the non-Win95 version. You may want to contact AOL for help in removing any old files.
