General Troubleshooting
- Check to make sure you have the latest patch installed.
- You must have a 32-bit Winsock connection. If you're connecting through AOL, you need to make sure you're using AOL 3.0 for Windows 95 (32-bit version) or a newer version.
- Check with your Internet Service Provider (ISP) and/or network admin to make sure your network is not restricting outgoing TCP/IP or UDP packets on Port 6112.
- If you have an Aptiva with an MWave card, you may need the MWave update
