Crashes/Hangs in Battle.net Chat Rooms:

• Open your Starcraft folder and look for a file called bncache.dat and delete it. Sometimes data in this file can become corrupted, causing errors in the chat rooms. Battle.net will automatically rebuild this file the next time you run Starcraft.
