COM port conflict?
To determine if a COM port has a conflict:
- Click on "Start"
- Click on "Settings"
- Click on "Control Panel"
- Click on "System"
- Click on the "Device Manager" tab
- Double click on the "computer" icon
- Make sure there is not more than one listing for each IRQ.
- If there is more than one your hardware may be conflicting and you need to call your computer manufacturer.
