SNET initialized failed:

Either the winsock.dll file did not load properly

• Reboot the computer and try again

Or the winsock.dll file on your system is a 16bit file

• If your Internet Service Provider (ISP) has software you have to run to connect to the Internet contact them about updating to the 32bit software.
