Contacting Technical Support:
First find the following information
- Your computer manufacturer
- Which operating system you're using, and the version
- How much RAM (memory) you have
- The make and model of your sound and video cards
- Microsoft System information: Msinfo32
- Systems without the Microsoft System information program: DirectX Version Info
- Starcraft users: Check your Starcraft folder for any .ERR files and attach them to any e-mail
Please include this information in any support requests that you make.
