Contacting Technical Support:

First find the following information

  • Your computer manufacturer
  • Which operating system you're using, and the version
  • How much RAM (memory) you have
  • The make and model of your sound and video cards
  • Microsoft System information: Msinfo32
  • Systems without the Microsoft System information program: DirectX Version Info
  • Starcraft users: Check your Starcraft folder for any .ERR files and attach them to any e-mail
Please include this information in any support requests that you make.
