Steps to run Dxinfo:

• Click start, find, files or folders
• Search for "dxinfo.exe"
• Double-click on dxinfo.exe to run it
• Select "save config info" to a text file and name it "DXInfo01.txt"
• Make a note of the location you are saving the file, attach this file to an e-mail and send it to support@blizzard.com along with the information requested on the contact page.
