Other video problems

• Reboot the computer.
• Download and install the latest updated driver for your video card.
• Set the Display Area to 640x480 and the Color palette to 256 colors:
  • Click start, highlight Settings, click Control Panel, and double click Display.
  • Select Settings
    • Set the Color palette to 256 colors.
    • Set the Display area to 640x480
    • Click apply, then Ok. Make sure to reboot the computer.
