The config.sys file is displayed on the main page. Subsequent pages displays contents in the config.sys grouped by functional sections. On all of the pages, you can edit the config.sys lines directly (using the Alt-Left mouse click method). All of the records are "cross-linked". So, if you edit one line on a sub-page, the corresponding entry in the main page is automatically updated (and vice-versa). You can move a record up or down by selecting that record and hit the Shift-Up or Shift-Down key. You can also drag a record and drop it onto another record. The dragged record will then be placed AFTER the target record. Hitting the Del key on a selected record will mark that record as "To be deleted". Hitting the Del key again will cancel the delete action. Right-click on a record to bring up the context sensitive pop-up menu. You can then "REM" a record, or "Un-REM" a record that has been remarked. When you have made changes to a record, including changing the location of that record within the config.sys file, a visual indicator appears to let you know that changes were made to that record. There is a separate help button for the Path page. File -> Import --------------------- This feature allows you to "import" or "merge" another config.sys to the main config.sys. When invoked, you will be prompted for the name of an existing config.sys and that file will be placed in another window. You will then have a chance to drag-n-drop information from this existing config.sys to the one in the main window. There is a separate help button for the second config.sys window.
