This zip contains some hacked together files that can be used to implement a
simple webcam on an OS/2 platform.

capture.exe is the graphic capture program. It takes 3 parameters :

    capture wcast 1 filename.gif

ftpput.exe is a net utility for transferring a file using the ftp protocol. It
takes 5 parameters :

    ftpput host-name user-name password -d directory filename.gif


hourly.cmd is an example batch script to invoke capture and ftpput together.

cron*.* are the files used to implement crontab - read the text file cron.doc to
find out how it works.

The crontab file contains a directive to invoke the hourly.cmd script once an
hour at 1 minute past the hour.
