Known bugs/missing features in the PUBLIC BETA #27:
	- Compaq InterWave not working (unknown init problem)
	- RTMIDI missing
	- clicks when opening/closing the driver
	- recording on a GUS Max or Interwave while playing a MIDI file
	  will probably cause problems since both share the same DMA channel
	  and Codec recording wants this DMA channel for the entire time it's
	  recording.
	- 16 bits DMA channels don't always work on a GUS Max, so select
	  8 bits channels (1 or 3) for the time being
	- PnP init on some systems without a PnP BIOS doesn't go too well
	  (the PnP init driver in OS/2 Warp 4.0 fixes this) 
          (GUS PnP & Interwave only)
	- shared mode bug (ultimod) not completely fixed
	- GUS daughterboard not working well (no recording)
	- MPEG 3 stereo files (44.1 khz) reportedly don't play correctly
	- probably others that I forgot
