	- Links/2, BUGS and QuickMotion (now properly) wave playback
 	  (rewritten wave playback engine for the GUS (Classic))
	- Master volume ignored when the stream wasn't active
	- Three active wave playback streams on a GUS Max/PnP/DB/InterWave
	  (synth playback fixed)
	- Cracks with very small wav files (klack.wav)
	- UltiMix VU Source & button state saved (GUS PnP/DB/Max/InterWave)

Upcoming fixes/additions:

	- Wav playback uses small buffers now. This fixes playback
	  for QuickMotion and probably other apps.

	- UltiMIX's sliders are linear instead of logarithmic now
	  (allows better finetuning (VTD))
